Membership, which includes the right to vote, is open to agencies, attorneys, and individuals who support the goals of the Association. Below is an application you may cut and paste into your word processor, fill out, and mail to the address shown.

Qualifications of Membership
1) Membership, which includes the right to vote, is open to agencies, attorneys, and individuals who support the goals of the Association.
2) Any agency, attorney, or individual may apply for member ship in the Arkansas Adoption Association by completing an application with a check for the annual dues attached and submitting the application to any current member of the Association.
3) The application will be voted on at the next meeting of the membership. A majority of the membership present must vote in favor of membership by the applicant.
4) Anyone who has had their professional license suspended or revoked can not be a member of the Arkansas Adoption Association.
5) Annual membership dues are $50 payable to the treasurer at the January meeting each year. Checks should be made payable to the Arkansas Adoption Association and mailed to 1150 Clifton St., Conway, AR 72032
6) Association members shall make good faith efforts to attend at least four (4) Association meetings a year.
I fully understand my responsibilities as a member of the Arkansas Adoption Association and agree to do so under number 1 OR 2. (Circle one) I understand that the $50 due requirement is paid upon admission into the association.
